Description

La Casa is a luxurious and spacious villa, ideally located on a quiet wonderful spot in north Pereybere, on the North West Coast of Mauritius. The villa is situated in an elevated position with a few steps down to the one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island. The panoramic views on the north islands from the veranda are memorable and ideal for sundowners. The villa is designed to make the most of the Mauritius outdoor living with pool, deck and large alfresco living area. The architecture and interior decoration of this property is stylish and unique. The combination of both modern and antique furniture creates a homely and welcoming atmosphere. There are many seating areas and for entertaining there is a great pool bar. Ideally suited for a family or couples travelling with friends looking for the ultimate villa location.

The main part of the property is on two floors. Out of two luxurious Bedrooms, one boasts an en-suite Bathroom and splendid views of the tropical garden. There are three Housemaids who are resident nearby who ensure that this Villa always maintains it's original, high standard.

On the Ground Floor is Bedroom 1 a large air-conditioned double bedroom with direct access to the tropical garden and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wash basin. There is a TV room. The spacious indoor living area has sofas and chairs and Plasma TV. The indoor dining room has table and chairs for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest toilet.
On the first floor is Bedroom 2 the master bedroom with air-conditioning with king size bed (2m) with ensuite shower room with double wash basins and WC. There is an air-conditioned children’s bedroom with bunk beds. There is a further twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a shower room with shower, basin and WC.
The outside covered veranda has both a spacious living area with sofas and chairs as well as a dining room with seating for 8 persons. There is a welcoming pool bar adjacent to the swimming pool. The area around the pool has sun-loungers, table and chairs with parasols.
At the rear there is the garage with an outdoor toilet. Laundry corner off the kitchen equipped with washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen – combined fridge/ freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric oven and gas hob.

Price is based on seven nights self catered accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa for up to 4-6 Adults + 4-2 Children under 12 years. Flexibility in arrival/departure days and length of stay, please enquire.
